What is TITP?

(Technical Intern Training Program)


The Government of India has entered into an agreement with the Government of Japan to send skilled workers from India to work in Japan for upto a period of 5 years. The workers shall work in the capacity of Technical Interns with Japanese companies, undergo technical internship training and earn during their tenure of internship

Learnet is empanelled by NSDC (National Skill Development Corporation) to send Technical Interns to Japan

To qualify for the program, interns must have prior work experience in domain skills and shall be trained in Japanese language and culture

Eligibility :

  • Age: 21-35 years
  • Qualification: N3 Certified for Caregiver, ITI for all other job roles
  • Domain knowledge & skills: A baseline entrance test to ensure technical competency
  • Attitude – Aptitude – Aspiration check: Psychometric test & career counselling

Japanese language Training: Learnet – MOSAI Knowledge Partnership

Learnet had partnered with Mombusho Scholars Association of India (MOSAI), the leading Japanese language training association in India, for Japanese Language content to blue collar workers. MOSAI works closely with the Embassy of Japan in India, The Japan Foundation and other Indo-Japan related organizations. It consists of specialists, who have worked with Japanese universities, research institutions and industry. Learnet works in close coordination with MOSAI for imparting Japanese language training to interns.

Domain Requirements? Skill: CareGiver Training or equalavant course from an authorized Training
Institute / University / College (minimum of 320 hours or 6 months)

Japaanese Proficiency: JLPT N4 or equivalent

Program: 6-month N4-level Japanese language training only for candidates + 160-hour pre-departure Japanese language training only for selected trainees.
Program Fee
• Japanese Language N5 – On Enrolment + Communication Skills + Japanese Culture 30,000/-
• Japanese Language N4 – On Starting the Classes + Communication Skills + Japanese Culture 40,000/-
• On Receiving Employment Contracts 40,000/-
• On Receiving CoE from Japan 40,000/-
Total 150,000/-

Program: 400-hour pre-departure Japanese language training only for selected trainees.

• On Receiving Employment Contract 25,000/-
• Japanese Language (400 Hrs) including Communication Skills + Japanese Culture 25,000/-
• On Receiving CoE from Japan 30,000/-
